Update
We are continuing to monitor post-upgrade stability and are in the process of buttoning up some outstanding issues. One issue in particular is affecting users who utilize the Chart Builder feature. We have received reports of the URLs for the assembled charts generating a non-specific error message. We are digging into this issue and will update once a fix has been pushed. We thank you for your continued patience and understanding during this time.

Update
We are continuing to monitor the updates that we are deploying and patching any issues as they come up. We have discovered an issue where some jobs were failing due to a missing temp folder. We have since fixed the issue, however the affected merges are likely irretrievably lost. Where feasible, we would suggest those with affected merges should attempt to re-merge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Update
After deployment of the upgrade changes this morning, we became aware of an issue that affects Podio and DocuSign webhook integrations, where the webhook endpoints were pre-pended with a test.webmerge.me instead of the expected webmerge.me. We are working on a fix for this issue and will update as soon as the fix has been deployed and verified.

Scheduled
We are upgrading the underlying operating system of the Formstack Documents product from PHP 7.2 to PHP 7.4. In addition to that change, there are a number of other infrastructure items changing to support this upgrade. Although we have executed thorough internal testing of the product in the new configuration, and we do not anticipate any user downtime, this is a significant upgrade and could potentially cause interruptions of service that will need to be monitored.
